How much does it cost?       

Your personalized clean beauty routine costs $99. All routines are recurring and will be billed every 3 months. 

What is included in my routine?       

You will receive 6 or more full-sized non-toxic beauty products in each routine based on your beauty profile. 

I have allergies. What should I do?       

We cannot guarantee that products selected for your routine will exclude ingredients that you are allergic to. You should read the full ingredient list on each product label to look for any potential or known allergens before using the products.

Are the products in my routine cruelty-free?

Absolutely! All brands featured in our routines must verify that they do not test products on animals.

How do I cancel my routine? 

You must cancel your membership prior to the seasonal billing date by e-mailing us at contact@ardourcleanbeauty.com. The billing date is the 16th day of the month prior to receiving your next routine. All cancellation and skip a routine requests must be received by 4:00 PM EST the day prior to the scheduled billing date. Please keep in mind that you will still receive and be charged for the upcoming beauty routine if you do not cancel by the cancellation deadline. All routines are non-refundable and no exchanges will be given. 

What is your return policy?

All beauty routines are non-refundable. However, you may cancel at anytime.

When will I be charged?

Payments are automatically withdrawn on the 16th day of the month prior to the month you will receive your routine. Fall Routine (billed on September 16th), Winter Routine (billed on December 16th), Spring Routine (billed on March 16th), Summer Routine (billed on June 16th). If you place your order after the upcoming seasonal billing date, you will receive the routine for next season.

How do I update my billing information?

If you wish to update your billing information, please do so by signing into your account. If you have any additional questions, feel free to e-mail us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit card payments. We currently accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

What happens if my card is declined?

If we are not able to successfully charge a payment to your card, you will receive an email notification requesting that you update your billing information as soon as possible. We will make several attempts to collect payment every 2 days until a successful payment is made or your membership expires due to multiple unsuccessful attempts. Please keep your account up to date in order to prevent any delays, missed routines, or cancellations.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How much is shipping?

We currently offer free standard shipping for all orders. 

When should I expect my routine?

All orders will ship between the 5th and the 10th of the month you are scheduled to receive your routine using standard shipping. Your package should arrive within 3-5 days. However, please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times and we are not responsible for any delays.

How do I update my shipping information?

Your shipping information can be updated by signing into your account. Please keep all shipping information updated in a timely manner to prevent any delays.

My routine arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your personalized beauty routine arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ardourcleanbeauty.com within 1 week of package delivery so we can further assist you. Please include a photo of the damaged product(s) in the e-mail.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

If you are unable to access your account because you forgot your password, please see the instructions below to reset your password. Otherwise, please contact us at support@ardourcleanbeauty.com for further assistance. 

How do I reset my password?
